I don't know whether the National Anthem is being played, or the Flag is going by, or WHAT,
but EVERYBODY in the picture is either saluting or has his hand over the HEART.....except for ??

Amazing how stupid people are in this country. Think to yourself, "Why is the President not saluting? Could it be that he is against some tradition or could there be some other reason why he is the only one not saluting?" Now a rational and logical person would investigate further and find that "HAIL TO THE CHIEF" was playing and a president doesn't solute HIMSELF! But that doesn't matter... you just want to be UnAmerican and bash the President of the United States... Google the video and you will see the proof on cspan.
